Christian Mikkelsen

Christian started skiing as a kid. On his first trips, he went off into the distance with his siblings and dad. The destination was the Austrian alps. He quickly got the hang of the short slippery skis and has been in love with the sport ever since. On his first couple of trips Christian was put into snow school. He clearly remembers his first instructor, and some of the awesome moments that followed. Some core memories for Christian!

Fuelled by that passion, he travelled from Denmark to join the WBSSU program for the 22/23 season. Throughout the season he got his CSIA 1 and 2. He had a blast teaching in the snow school, creating skills, smiles, laughter, and core memories for the youngest skiers among us.

On the hill, Christian is easily recognised in his all-yellow suit!

When he’s not on the mountain, he likes to spend his time in the outdoors, running, biking, OCR, and going on adventures.
