Creekside Chalet
Self-Catered Instructor Accommodation
Creekside Chalet is located in beautiful Creekside (the locals’ area) and provides that authentic “Ski Chalet” feeling.
These chalets are home to some of our WBSSU program participants both through the training period and the remainder of the season into April.

Chalet Features
Lots of space:
Creekside Chalet consists of 2 adjoining houses, each side has 3 comfortably sized bedrooms and three bathrooms – some ensuite, some adjacent to the bedrooms.
The houses are clean, comfortable and within a short walking distance of the Creekside Gondola, the fastest way up the mountain most mornings!
Living Areas:
Each side has a large living space with a TV and comfortable seating for the whole group. Both sides have a balcony on the front off the living space.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook your own food, and there are a number of take-out options in the local area if you don’t want to cook!
Bedrooms:
Each house has 2 triple share rooms and 1 quad room available.
Wifi:
Wifi is provided throughout the chalet, so you can hook up your phone, laptop or tablet. There is also a phone in the condo for free local calls.
Space for your gear:
The property has storage room for your skis and boards and racks for boots and outdoor gear inside the entrance.
Laundry:
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer in each house.
Resort rep:
Our YES resort rep may not live in the chalet with you but is available on the phone to answer any questions you may have about skiing and boarding in Whistler, help you find the best deals for shopping, restaurants and all the incredible activities offered throughout Whistler. They will also pop in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. Housemates are responsible for making sure the chalet is kept in a tidy and manageable condition. A cleaner will come through once a week.
Great Location:
Creekside is the laid-back local’s hangout, with just enough of everything to make life easy. You are only a few minute’s walk from the Creekside stroll, where you will find a well-stocked grocery store, coffee shops, fresh-baked bread, the liquor store, equipment rentals / ski & board shop. In the area are a few bars, restaurants and take-out options including the best pizza in town.
If you do want to head into the main village it is a short bus ride (the local buses are fast and frequent) or 10 minutes in a taxi home at the end of the night.
Added to this you are a short stroll from the Creekside gondola and ski runs – the quietest gondola to load up in the morning, and as there are only blue and black runs down to Creekside you don’t get caught up the chaos of 90% of the mountain making their way down the same runs at the end of the day. Win-win!
